During more than 20 years in public service, I was responsible for nationwide reform initiatives, large-scale digital transformation programs, and collaboration with government institutions, international organizations, and civil society.
These experiences shaped my leadership philosophy: technology creates value only when it solves real operational challenges, is built on strong governance, and earns the trust of the people who rely on it.
Today, I continue this work in the private sector as Director of Sunflower Union, where I help organizations turn complex business challenges into secure and sustainable software solutions.
