During his speech, Gen. Simion spoke about two main topics such as the NATO summit in Madrid and the implication for the black sea and the intelligence lessons learned from the Ukrainian war.

General Simion stated that NATO´s strategy for the black sea region must include a response to Russian threats in the hybrid warfare domain and must coordinate with the European Union and other international entities on economic security measures, specifically regarding energy and food.
