During his remarks, Mr. Boone mentioned that in December of 2019, Romania signed a memorandum of association with the United States government declaring the importance of cooperation in the Civil nuclear energy field and specifically stating that its importance for energy security for other NATO countries as well as the low-carbon goals which we all share. And in 2021 another landmark agreement between Romania and the US relating to financing and other forms of cooperation for new clear civil cooperation.
